The Annual Meeting of LHL Inc. Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
in the Lazy H Resort meeting room
was adjourned for lack of quorum.
It was stated at the meeting that a second attempt at quorum needed to be made and so a new meeting was tentatively scheduled for April 2, 2022. However, after researching both our Charter and Davis Stirling, it was determined that no new meeting date needed to be scheduled in the case of lack of participation from shareholders resulting in a lack of quorum: For example see: https://www.davis-stirling.com/HOME/N/No-Quorum.
In fact, in the past, 2nd attempts at achieving quorum have failed with a resultant loss of time, effort and funds to the Association and its members.
Therefore, there will be no new attempt at achieving quorum for the Annual. Interested members may review the Budget at the next Quarterly scheduled for April 12, 2022. In the case of no quorum at a meeting where officers are selected/elected, the old Board continues unchanged, unless a Board member chooses to resign. Moreover, our Charter allows that New Directors may be appointed and seated by the Board at any regular meeting.

Posted 8/10/2020: The meeting of the Lazy H Land Owners to be held Tuesday, August 18 at 5:30 p.m. at 31942 Runway Drive was postponed due to excessive heat.
We are so proud of our of Lazy H Land Owners residents who have
been cleaning up trash on Saturday mornings along the stretch of Route
76 from Del Reys to the traffic circle.
